- Financial instruments advisory (Fi-Compass): This initiative provides guidance to create financial instruments, which make use of the Structural and Investment funds (incl. ERDF, CF, EAFRD and EMFF). One example of financial instruments in this context are the set up of a revolving Urban Development Fund (UDF), which can be blended from various financing sources and investing in public-private partnerships.
