Climate Chance Summit: Local Authorities as Accelerators for Energy Efficiency Investments

CITYnvest and Infinite Solutions, the two leading European capacity-building projects on innovative financing, will be represented during the Climate Chance Summit in Nantes. The workshop ' Local Authorities as Accelerators for Energy Efficiency Investments' will be an inspiring debate between local politicians, local investors and sustainable energy cooperatives. Local and regional authorities can play a catalyst role to mobilize local actors for low-carbon investments via innovative financing models. This workshop showcases examples of European cities that have successfully  deployed their own financing solutions and leveraged substantial private capital to finance energy efficiency programs.
